Safeguarding

How to contact our Safeguarding Team

If you have any safeguarding queries or concerns, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead, Mr Wall, by emailing safeguarding@fulbrook.school

Parent Information

Fulbrook recognises that it has a duty to ensure arrangements are in place for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We carry out this duty through our teaching and learning, pastoral care and extended school activities.

All members of the school community (including volunteers and governors) establish and maintain at all times a safe and stimulating environment, where children feel secure, are encouraged to talk to adults they can trust and are listened to.

Through training, all staff (teaching and non-teaching) are able to recognise the signs of abuse and understand their responsibilities when a child may be at risk of harm.

Mr Wall, our Deputy Head Teacher, is our Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Mrs Nicholls, our Pastoral Support Coordinator, is a Deputy Safeguarding Lead.

Mr Thomas, our DT and Computing Subject Leader, is also a Deputy Safeguarding Lead.

Mrs Evans is our Designated Governor for Safeguarding.

Training of all of our staff and Safeguarding Leads is updated regularly throughout the year.
